- There are many applications available which offer operators the ability to share consignments.
With no industry standard, some distributors choose to use their own systems; some as simple as email distribution lists.
We would like to take things a stage further: offer a standard platform for transport operators and buyers alike.
- Distribution Network offers free registration for all transport operators and transport buyers.
Once registration is complete, members will be able to offer available consignments by completing a simple online form.
It is our aim to keep the system as simple as possible allowing it to be used as a daily tool.
- Transport Operators are asked to provide postcode areas where they can offer the best cost and service solution; normally their main depot.
Details will be matched to the registered postcode data and quote requests will be sent throughout the network.
